Carrier Transicold updates TripLink platform

by Today's Trucking

Carrier Transicold has updated its TripLink data management platform with additional functions and customizable controls.

Custom notifications are based on user-generated parameters to show reefer status, alarms and locations. Geofencing, meanwhile is combined with notifications to highlight when a unit enters or exits a port or other location – and also indicates dwell time.

Wireless data downloads round out the TripLink updates, offering trip information from refrigerated containers using Carrier Transicold’s DataLine Connect (.dcx) format.

The TripLink platform includes hardware and software to track refrigerated container locations, performance and health, and cargo status. It features an interactive dashboard that can be accessed through a connected PC, smartphone or tablet, and integrates with telematics systems.
