Chevin introduces SmartForms
Chevin Fleet Solutions has introduced FleetWave SmartForms, a new tool embedded in its FleetWave fleet management software allowing users to easily create data capture forms, automate operational processes and notify users in real time.
Data flows bi-directionally between FleetWave and the newly enhanced FleetWave Driver App, the company says, providing an integrated system for live push notifications and instant actions, while reducing the need for multiple third-party apps.
“We are very proud of FleetWave SmartForms,” says Will Wycks, chief marketing and product officer. “Benefitting from the latest technology, we have made it effortless for our customers to create and automate smart processes, to significantly boost operational efficiency.”
Features include: the ability to create bespoke forms without third-party software; automating workflows to send notifications, alerts or approvals; ensuring data consistency; and the ability to analyze data and trends within FleetWave.
