CNG STERLING

The Sterling Set-Back 113 NG is powered by the Cummins Westport ISL G engine running on natural gas. Launched in May 2008, it’s said to have the lowest emissions in the industry without sacrificing performance or efficiency. The engine already meets EPA 2010 standards and has 85% lower NOx emissions than the
C Gas Plus engine. The ISL G also features a maintenance-free exhaust system with a three-way catalyst (TWC) and lower life-cycle costs.

The Set-Back 113, a class 7/8 truck, is available now for LTL and distribution applications. Currently in development, the truck also will be configured for the government, construction, P&D, and utility
applications.

Natural gas technology can save several thousand dollars in annual fuel and operating costs per truck.
