FleetOps launches driver incentive platform

FleetOps has introduced a real-time driver incentive platform, designed for fleets with more than 50 drivers, that aims to transform traditional bonus programs by offering live performance tracking, personalized goals, and automated payroll integration.

Liam Lynch, CEO of FleetOps, said during the Truckload 2025 convention in Phoenix, Ari., that the system replaces spreadsheet-heavy, end-of-month tracking with instant, transparent feedback for drivers and fleets. Drivers receive live updates on their progress toward bonuses and actionable insights to improve performance while helping them earn more.

“Our belief is that better data leads to better decisions and more profitable carriers. We’ve seen already in the back office how transparency and real-time insights impact performance, and then we’re bringing that directly down to the driver to help them maximize their earnings, stay engaged, and drive more miles,” said Lynch.

For example, while the platform integrates with TMS, ELD, fuel, and compliance systems to calculate performance metrics like miles driven and fuel efficiency, it doesn’t rely on static benchmarks. Instead, FleetOps uses truck-specific data — including tractor make and model — to set personalized MPG goals that drivers can realistically achieve.

“We’re showing a driver that’s not just what he’s earned right now, but we’re also nudging him and telling him what he needs to do next to maximize his pay,” Lynch added. “Just being able to give them all personalized information without relying on a dispatcher to remember to tell each one of these drivers what to do, that really provides a real sense of transparency.”

FleetOps’ platform also eliminates manual bonus approvals. Lynch said fleet managers benefit from structured workflows and payroll-ready documents that simplify accounting.
