Freightzy launches ‘Endgame’ final-mile delivery program
Freightzy has launched Endgame, a bulky final-mile delivery program designed to help small and mid-sized U.S. businesses (SMBs) access enterprise-level shipping capabilities without minimum volume requirements.
The Toronto-based logistics technology startup, says Endgame offers an end-to-end delivery service for shippers of large items such as furniture, appliances, and equipment.

“Small businesses are competing with retail giants that have multi-million-dollar logistics operations, but their customers still expect Amazon-level delivery,” said Sean Freedman, founder of Freightzy, in a news release. “Endgame levels the playing field by predicting and preventing delays before they impact the customer. It’s like weather forecasting for delivery networks.”
Freightzy says last-mile delivery can account for more than half of total shipping costs, and for small shippers, it remains one of the toughest and most expensive parts of logistics. Endgame combines predictive routing, white-label customer portals, automated claims management, and real-time tracking to help SMBs improve reliability and customer experience.
The program’s features include: a predictive routing tool that reroutes shipments in real time when warehouse congestion is predicted; a network of 1,200 final-mile agents that ensures coverage and competitive rates through collective buying power; white-label customer portals that allow businesses to offer branded shipment booking and tracking experiences; automated claims management with 24/7 shipment visibility and support.
Endgame is integrated into Freightzy’s core shipping platform, which offers no minimum volume thresholds, access to more than 70 vetted LTL carriers, and real-time tracking through a mobile-friendly portal.
