“With advanced, new tech-forward products and the promise of a significant expansion of our TBR manufacturing capacity, we look forward to continuing our growth,” said Rob Williams, president of Hankook Tire America, in a news release.

The new tires will be launched under the Hankook Smart Brand, which incorporates the company’s Smartec technology, including the self-generated 3D Sipe technology and new tread compounds.

Among the new products are the Smart Flex AH51 and DH52, designed for all-condition performance and extended mileage, available in the second quarter of 2025. The Smart Flex DH51 will be released in Q3 2025.

The Smart Line TL52, a longhaul trailer tire manufactured at Hankook’s Clarksville plant, will be available later this year, too.

Hankook is also unveiling the eSmart City AU56, an electric commercial vehicle tire designed for high load capacity and improved battery efficiency, scheduled for launch in the fourth quarter of 2025.
