Merchants Fleet expands partnership with UFOFLEET
Fleet management company Merchant Fleets is expanding its partnership with UFOFLEET to accelerate the modernization of its digital platforms and automate complex fleet management processes.
Together, the two companies launched FleetShare in 2023 — an app-based platform, used for managing vehicles, contracts, and maintenance by fleets and last-mile delivery providers. Building on that, Merchants Fleet is now expanding its use of UFOFLEET’s automation and AI tools to streamline complex operations, integrate real-time data, and enhance the overall experience for both customers and drivers, the companies said in a news release.

Using UFOFLEET-Experience, Merchants has integrated several digital features into FleetShare, including key-control technology from Keycafe, transparent PAVE AI inspections, digital contract management, and asset-level data insights. Meanwhile, UFOFLEET-Automation supports the company’s efforts to automate internal operations such as vehicle allocation and maintenance scheduling.
“At Merchants Fleet we harness deep expertise and bold innovation to empower our customers to lead the future of mobility,” said Whitney Reynolds, FleetShare director. “UFOFLEET allows us to amplify our expertise and execute on innovation. We’ve successfully scaled FleetShare with a lean, high-performing team of experts.”
