The Michelin X Multi Energy Z2 is designed for LTL and multi-stop delivery applications that run about 475-800 km per day. The directional steer tire is designed to fight irregular wear, the supplier says. It’s also SmartWay compliant and approved for 2027 GHG emission standards.

The tread was designed to enhance rolling resistance, improve mileage, and enhance water evacuation. It’s available as in 11R22.5 LRG and 295/75R22.5 LRH sizes.

The Michelin X Line Energy T2 is also a SmartWay tire, but focuses on dry van truckload and LTL, refrigerated, tanker, and flatbed trailer fleets.

Tire features include micro sipes on all rib edges, and design elements that improve wear, fuel savings, retreadability and traction.

Its dual-compound tread includes a top layer that controls tread stiffness and stress to reduce irregular wear, and a fuel-saving bottom layer that minimizes internal casing temperatures for low rolling resistance. Curb guards and upper sidewall ribs help fight sidewall damage.

The X Line Energy T2 is available as a 295/75R22.5 LRG 11R22.5 LRG, 285/75R24.5 LRG and 11R24.5LRH.
