by Today's Trucking

Petro-Canada Lubricants has introduced a line of lubricants for electric vehicles, dubbing the new line Petro-Canada Lubricants EVR.

The line includes EVR Driveline, EVR Thermal Management, and EVR Motor Greases. The company says the new line offers improved material compatibility, efficient power transfer, and improved equipment performance across a range of segments including medium- and heavy-duty trucks.

“The integration of EV technology into the transportation world is well underway, and our new EVR product line will further enable OEMs, commercial fleets and consumers to realize the promise of EV technology,” said Alex Buczek, global segment manager transportation at Petro-Canada Lubricants.

“We reliably supply our partners today with solutions for EVs, based on our existing high-performance technologies. Our drive to continuously innovate has led us to launch EVR, our first brand of uniquely formulated fluids for EVs. We’re looking forward to supporting the development of technologies that drive the reliability and performance of EVs.”
