RevHD has introduced two new wheel-end components, severe-duty half-stand bearing sets and a line of Rev-Spacers.

Both are designed to simplify wheel-end maintenance. The Rev-Spacers are made of heavy-duty hardened steel and designed with tight tolerances to make the proper torquing of spindle nuts easy.

The severe-duty half-stand bearing sets are compatible with any style hub and designed to reduce friction while increasing load capacity.

“Time is money in trucking, and maintenance guesswork can be a drain,” said Sean McDonald, president, RevHD. “Another way we’re re-inventing the wheel-end, our new severe-duty bearing sets and Rev-Spacer line simplify wheel-end maintenance, reducing errors, extending component life and keeping trucks on the road longer.”

The two new products complement each other, the company says. Both are available through authorized dealers. “As more fleets adopt pre-adjusted hubs, RevHD has been quick to respond with solutions that simplify maintenance – no matter what technicians see roll through the shop,” McDonald added. “Our severe-duty half-stand bearing sets offer universal compatibility, providing our customers with both simplicity and flexibility.”
