Suspension Controller

Designed for tri-axle trucks with auxiliary lift axles, the P300 meets SPIF schedule 21 or schedule 23 in Ontario. From Wheel Monitor, it can be configured to work with any style of tandem suspension — air-ride or mechanical (rubber and/or spring). It comes with a dash-mount touch-screen display and one-touch control.

The lift axle is fully controlled by the P300 system, lifting or lowering it based on the weight of the other axles. The lift-axle weight is adjusted to maintain the minimum legal front weight percentage and equalize the weight between the lift axle and tandem axles as required. It’s an automatic system, works independent of the operator and will maintain a safe front axle weight when the lift axle is down..

Engineered and manufactured in Ontario, it meets Ontario SPIF regulation 413/05.

Features include in-cab axle weights and front-axle percentage display. There’s also 4-way flasher operation to raise the lift axle in an emergency or off-road situation, as well as manual over-ride to lit the axle.

The P300 can be installed to control an auxiliary self-steer axle in conjunction with any tandem truck suspension.
