Tirecraft rolls out bilingual AI agent
Tirecraft has put into service a new bilingual AI agent to assist French- and English-speaking customers along the Quebec border.
The company claims to be one of the first in the industry to integrate artificial intelligence into its customer service.

“We recognize the importance of meeting our customers where they are and how they communicate,” said Christine McClay, president at Tirecraft. “Launching a bilingual AI agent is not only about technology – it’s about respect, inclusion, and providing a consistently outstanding customer experience across every touchpoint.”
Tirecraft said the new feature will allow it to better serve customers in a region where both official languages are commonly used, ensuring customers can interact in their preferred language.
Features includeinstant language detection, the ability to seamlessly switch between French and English, 24/7 availability, industry-specific knowledge, and data-driven insights.
