Trucking HR Canada launches HR excellence publication
Trucking HR Canada (THRC) launched an online publication, What Makes a TFE, which celebrates the achievements of its Top Fleet Employers (TFE) while spotlighting the HR practices that contribute to their success.
The magazine breaks down human resources areas assessed in the annual TFE program, along with highlighting the Achievement of Excellence Awards.
“We’re so proud of the accomplishments of all the Top Fleet Employers over the past 11 years,” said Angela Splinter, THRC’s CEO. “This publication gives us all something to celebrate and lessons to learn for reaching TFE status. We hope it will inspire more fleets to join the TFE program and deliver truly exceptional HR policies and practices for our industry.”
