TruckWings technology surpasses 1.5 billion real-world fleet miles
ConMet announced its TruckWings technology has exceeded 1.5 billion miles of combined real-world fleet mileage.
The company said the mileage has been accumulated through daily fleet operations — with the technology implemented in Class 8 longhaul operations — providing a large dataset on durability and fuel-efficiency performance.
“Fleets are putting TruckWings systems to work every day, and the pace of adoption has us crossing 1.5 billion miles of real-world use,” said Dan Burrows, vice president and general manager of TruckWings at ConMet, in a news release. “That kind of track record matters when fuel savings are on the line.”

ConMet said TruckWings deployments were increasing steadily in 2025, with installations adding around 27 million miles per month on average, as fleets increased adoption across more tractors and operating lanes. Among other highlights of the year was featuring the technology in NACFE’s most recent Run on Less program on a Frito-Lay tractor.
Availability of the system has expanded through major OEM modification centres, allowing TruckWings to be installed pre-delivery on new trucks from OEMs. The technology is now offered for diesel, compressed natural gas and battery-electric applications, ConMet added.
