Veridapt, FuelHub partner up to advance digital fuel management tools
Veridapt and FuelHub announced they formed a new international alliance aimed at delivering new, enhanced digital fuel management tools for the commercial transport, mining, rail and agriculture sectors.
The partnership will combine Veridapt’s fuel management hardware and software with FuelHub’s invoice reconciliation and fuel procurement technology, the companies said in a news release.

Veridapt, headquartered in Australia, has more than 20 years of experience providing fuel management systems for mining and rail operations globally. Meanwhile, Houston, Texas-based FuelHub has built a presence in the U.S. and Canada since 2019, helping fleets and bulk fuel buyers identify invoicing inefficiencies and reduce fueling bottlenecks.
The companies said they will offer end-to-end fuel management, storage oversight and theft prevention tools. “Together, we bring data-driven solutions that help our clients maximize uptime through digitally automated fuel management while also reducing waste. These capabilities increase productivity and support customers in achieving their sustainability goals,” Veridapt CEO David Thambiratnam said.
FuelHub’s platform automates invoice reconciliation and flags discrepancies before they enter enterprise resource planning systems.
The companies said the combined offering is intended to improve operational transparency for clients, reduce waste and support customers’ sustainability and emissions-tracking goals through more accurate fuel data.
