Volvo launches Blue Contract maintenance plan
Volvo Trucks has introduced Blue Contract – a maintenance offering that provides a complete service plan that replaces its existing maintenance offerings.
The Volvo Blue Contract includes: a 74-point inspection and oil analysis; all scheduled engine maintenance, including valve adjustments; all scheduled aftertreatment maintenance, including DPF cleaning; all scheduled transmission and scheduled axle maintenance; all scheduled chassis maintenance; fan belt tensioner and accessory drive belt tensioner replacements; and alternator coverage.
Customers can pay monthly or with pre-paid options at the time of truck purchase, allowing the customer to pay for maintenance over time, interest free, the company says.
