Foley has introduced a new web-based driver file tool to help automate hiring and compliance processes – dragging paper processes into the digital world.
An electronic U.S. Department of Transportation-compliant application can be used as an employment application for job candidates, and create driver files with the information needed for background checks and to create other required documents.
Once the file is complete, Floey tracks document expiration dates, runs an annual motor vehicle report for each driver, and emails alerts when action is required. The alerts are also available through a digital dashboard that requires an overview of each driver’s compliance status.
It’s part of a larger background and compliance and web tool that helps manage things like drug and alcohol testing and a suite of pre-employment screening programs.
