FleetSmart offering free Webinars on SmartDriver training
OTTAWA, Ont. — Natural Resources Canada’s FleetSmart program is offering two free webinars for fleet managers.
The webinars aim to introduce fleet managers and other trucking industry leaders to the benefits of SmartDriver training. FleetSmart offers SmartDriver for Highway Trucking and SmartDrive in the City training programs, which have proven to help thousands of drivers and hundreds of companies save money in fuel costs.
During the Webinar, a master trainer will outline training that professional truck drivers will receive and how fleet managers can improve their company’s bottom line by implementing a driver training program, organizers say.
Participants will also learn about industry best practices and the experiences other companies have had when investing in driver training as a means of managing their fuel.
