Applications open for 2025 Top Fleet Employers program
Trucking HR Canada has announced that applications are now open for its 2025 Top Fleet Employers (TFE) program, with a deadline set for Feb. 14, 2025.
The program aims to recognize and celebrate fleets that excel in human resources (HR) policies and practices within the trucking and logistics industry.
Fleets that earn the TFE designation are acknowledged for offering attractive working environments and promoting long-term, rewarding careers in the sector. Trucking HR Canada says this distinction can enhance company image, setting fleets apart from competitors while supporting recruitment efforts.
Expert assessors rigorously evaluate applications against established industry standards. Fleets of all sizes across Canada, including private and fleet services, are eligible to apply.
For those interested in applying, Trucking HR Canada is offering information webinars to guide applicants through the process. The webinars, which will feature insights from past applicants and advice on completing the application process, are scheduled for Oct.31, Nov. 21, and Dec. 12.
