Ohio-based East Trailers announced the expansion of its dealer network in the Pacific Northwest with the addition of Transportive, based in Vancouver, Wash. The dealership will represent East in Oregon and western Washington.

Transportive operates locations in Tacoma and Ridgefield, Wash., and specializes in heavy-duty truck and trailer sales, leasing and rentals. The company’s president and owner, Daniel Brown, said in a news release Transportive aims to be “a capable and insightful partner in the transportation equipment industry.”

East says the addition of Transportive will improve access to its trailer lineup, regional inventory and local sales and service support for fleets operating across the two states.

“Transportive’s commitment to customer relationships and equipment expertise aligns perfectly with East’s mission of delivering strength, reliability and value,” said Chris Olson, CEO of East, in the release. “We’re excited to partner with them to serve the needs of Oregon and western Washington.”
