“I am confident that James and the new leadership team will continue to deliver powertrain solutions that enhance performance, reliability, and fuel efficiency,” said Waldek Gardzielewski, outgoing general manager, in a news release.

Roadknight, who joined Eaton in 2000, most recently held the position of global business unit director for fuel emissions and boosting in Eaton’s Mobility Group.

Alba has been with Eaton since 2008, currently serving as regional director of finance transformation at Eaton’s Electrical Sector Americas.

The joint venture, which began in 2017, alternates leadership roles between representatives of parent companies Cummins and Eaton every few years.
