Fleet Brake to acquire Page Brake Warehouse
CALGARY, Alta. — Calgary-based Fleet Brake has announced it is moving into the US market with the acquisition of Page Brake Warehouse.
The companies inked a binding letter of intent, with a formal definitive agreement expected to be signed before the end of January, Fleet Brake announced.
The company plans to operate Page Brake locations as branches of Fleet Brake USA. The US operations will be headed by Lee Greer, former principal of Greer’s Truck Parts, which was acquired by Page Brake in 2005.
“We look forward to expanding our network to service the Rocky Mountain region. We intend to maintain and build on Page Brake’s history and reputation of service and dependability,” says Fleet Brake president, John Bzeta.
Fleet Brake operates 14 locations across Canada, providing heavy-duty parts and service.
