Fuel Transport expands warehousing capacity in Brampton, Montreal
Montreal-based transportation company Fuel Transport is expanding its warehousing network through investments in Montreal and Brampton. Ont.
The key project is the expansion and renovation of the company’s Cordner facility in Montreal, which is being rebuilt to increase Fuel’s operational footprint in Quebec.

When completed in May 2026, the site will provide 126,000 sq.-ft. of warehouse space designed to support higher volumes and improved throughput. The facility will feature 12 dock doors, enhanced ceiling clearances, optimized yard flow, modern racking capabilities, and infrastructure designed to support multiple operating models, including dedicated and shared-use programs. The project has already enabled Fuel to secure a five-year customer commitment.
“This investment is a reflection of our long-term vision. We’re growing with our clients and for our clients,” said Robert Piccioni, CEO of Fuel Transport. “Cordner represents our ability to anticipate future needs, invest with intention, and continue earning trust through reliability, scale, and innovation.”
Brampton site conversion
Fuel is also evaluating the conversion of another existing site into a multi-client fulfillment centre. According to the company, the move is in response to shifting trade dynamics.
The Brampton warehouse at 35 Precidio Court has secured a new long-term client partnership. Fuel says the investment will unlock additional space for its clients and deliver scalable warehousing services for a range of industries.
