KTG announces changes in executive suite, hires Sifton as CFO
Kriska Transportation Group (KTG) has introduced new leadership roles as part of its growth strategy, appointing a new president and welcoming a new chief financial officer.
Mark Seymour, who has served as both chief executive officer and president since 2014, has stepped down from the president role but will continue as CEO. David Tumber, who has been with KTG since 2015 and served as chief operating officer (COO) for the past four years, now takes on the expanded role of president and COO.
As of Sept. 9, long-time chief financial officer Pierre Carrier transitioned into a board advisor role after more than 20 years of financial leadership at KTG.
Sifton joins as CFO
KTG has also welcomed Craig Sifton as its new CFO, effective Sept. 9. Sifton brings extensive experience to the executive team and will play a key role in driving KTG’s growth, the company said in a release.

“Craig is no stranger to the importance of transportation. In his previous role at Sanimax, the company maintained a specialized fleet of over 300 trucks,” the release reads. “As vice-president of finance at Flanagan Foodservice, he gained valuable operational knowledge about their extensive temperature-controlled fleet and distribution centers.”
Before joining KTG, Sifton held the role of CFO at Aspire Food Group for more than three years.
