OTA seeking hero, top driver

TORONTO, ON – The Ontario Trucking Association is looking for nominees for 2017 Volvo Trucks/OTA Ontario Truck Driver of the Year and the Bridgestone/OTA Truck Hero Award.

Driver of the Year candidates require driving records that are free of at-fault collisions, and would also be submitted as the group’s candidate for Canadian Trucking Alliance Driver of the Year. See 2017-ota-nomination-form_public to download a nomination form.

The truck hero, meanwhile, will include a driver or owner-operator who has demonstrated courage, quick thinking and integrity. See 2017-bridgestone-ontario-truck-hero-application_public for that nomination form.

The deadline for nominations is May 5.
