This program aims to recognize North American for-hire carriers that provide exceptional work environments, competitive compensation, and innovative practices for their drivers.

The Elite Fleet Program will evaluate participating carriers based on a comprehensive review of company data and driver programs. Metrics such as safety, operations, compensation, benefits, quality of life, and technology will be analyzed, with additional validation provided by surveys completed by drivers and independent contractors.

Enrollment for the program will stay open from Aug. 27 to Oct. 18, 2024. Carrier applications and surveys will be accepted from Oct. 21. through Dec. 31. The certified fleets will be announced on Jan. 22, 2025.

The carriers that achieve certification will be honored during TCA’s 2025 convention, scheduled for March 15-18 in Phoenix, Ariz.
