THRC’s fall webinars to focus on HR, safety challenges
Trucking HR Canada (THRC) has announced its Q4 webinar series, running from September through December 2025, with sessions designed to help employers navigate workforce challenges.
“THRC webinars are tailored specifically to the trucking and logistics sector and are not available anywhere else,” said Craig Faucette, THRC’s chief operating officer, in a news release. “Our team of in-house experts, economists, and a carefully selected network of legal advisors and specialists deliver the insights and tools our sector needs most — all in one place.”
The webinars are held online every Wednesday at noon ET, free of charge, with many sessions offering simultaneous French translation.
Topics in this quarter’s series include award-winning strategies from Top Fleet Employers, ways HR leaders can boost employee productivity amid rising cost pressures, and legal guidance on managing complex employee leaves. Other sessions will explore how fleets can uncover hidden employee issues that affect morale and retention, adopt THRC’s free safety tools to strengthen driver culture, and prevent negative workplace interactions that contribute to turnover.
