Twenty-three transportation companies make Profit 500 list

TORONTO, ON – The newly released 2016 Profit 500 ranking of Canada’s fastest-growing companies includes 23 transportation and logistics firms that grew their revenues an average of 356% between 2010 and 2015.

Together they reportedly created 1,239 new full-time equivalent jobs during the same period, and collectively employed 1,888 full-time and 25 part-time employees last year alone.

  • HanM Transportation Management Services
  • Mactrans Logistics
  • Synergy Trucking
  • FlagShip Courier Solutions
  • North Atlantic International Logistics
  • Cornerstone Courier
  • Blue Chip Logistics

Other trucking-related businesses such as industry manufacturers are also listed.

“We strive to continually improve, and being ranked on this list shows we are doing that,” says Luc Stang, president and CEO of Gin-Cor Industries, which ranked 370th on the list and includes Gin-Cor, Durabody Industries, and JC Trailers Fabrication. “This belongs to every single member of our teams.”
