MINNEAPOLIS — Donaldson Company Inc. will present strategies and techniques for reducing emissions at the 10th annual Diesel Engine Emission Reduction (DEER) conference.

DEER is a symposium for the diesel engine industry sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy. The conference will be held Aug. 29 to Sept. 2 at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort in San Diego, Calif.

Donaldson’s two presentations will review new techniques and strategies for best managing Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) regeneration – the process of removing the combustible portion of collected soot from diesel-particulate filters, which reduces harmful emissions.
