Atrium Solutions partners with Franco Fleet Services, expanding US network
Atrium Solutions has partnered with Franco Fleet Services to expand its Emergency Road Service (ERS) capabilities across the United States, bringing the company’s coverage to more than 700 service locations.
Atrium, based in Brantford, Ont., develops an AI-driven ERS platform designed to connect drivers, dispatchers and service providers in less than 15 seconds, the company said in a news release. The system uses machine learning and real-time data to automate communications, select service providers and manage the breakdown response process. Franco Fleet Services, meanwhile, specializes in heavy-duty mechanical repair, with more than 700 points of service across the U.S.

According to Atrium, the combined offering will give fleets sub-15-second ERS dispatch times, AI-driven intelligent provider selection and routing, real-time visibility, and access to more than 1,000 service points across North America.
“By combining Franco’s nationwide scale and service reputation with our technology, we’re redefining what fleets can expect from breakdown support,” said Todd Richardson, CEO and president at Atrium Solutions, in the release. “This partnership accelerates our mission to transform the fleet ERS experience across North America.”
