Bayview Kenworth represented on dealer council

by Truck News

KIRKLAND, Wash. — Kenworth has named its 2016 Dealer Council and it will have Canadian representation in the form of Mike Nagle of Bayview Kenworth in St. John, N.B.

The council works with Kenworth to better customer support through its dealer network. It will also promote Kenworth PremierCare and the new PremierCare Gold Certified program.

The council will be chaired by Carl Herzog of Central Illinois Trucks.

“The challenges fleets and owner/operators face can vary widely depending on how and where they operate their trucks,” said Herzog. “If you look at its dealer network, Kenworth has customer-focused dealers with a wide variety of different perspectives and experiences in serving customers. The makeup of the Kenworth Dealer Council is designed to be as representative of that body as possible. After all, Kenworth dealers serve customers involved in a wide variety of different segments, some with unique operational and maintenance needs.”
