DataDis has announced changes to its executive leadership structure as the Quebec-based company says it looks to support continued growth and strategic expansion.

Maxime Cadorette, a longtime member of the DataDis team, was appointed as vice president of operations, and will now oversee operational excellence and process optimization.

As part of the leadership changes, Jean-François Gauthier has been appointed director of training, succeeding Cadorette in the role. Gauthier, who has been with DataDis for more than five years, will lead the company’s training strategy and support programs for customers.

Meanwhile, Catherine Blackburn becomes vice president of organizational development, focusing on strengthening organizational development and internal alignment.

Guillaume Laliberté was named as DataDis vice president of strategy and growth.

“This evolution reflects the maturity of our organization and our commitment to structuring our growth in a sustainable and strategic way,” said Marc Blackburn, chief executive officer of DataDis, in a news release. “By strengthening our executive team and investing in our organizational foundations, we are positioning DataDis to continue delivering operational excellence and long-term value to our clients.”
