Marisha Tardif

Marisha Tardif is a program analyst at Trucking HR Canada, a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to addressing the human resources challenges and opportunities in the trucking and logistics sector. She provides technical analysis and oversight pertaining to Canada Labour Code changes and enhancements, advising industry stakeholders, and preparing briefings as required. As a project manager on THRC’s Anti-harassment Training for the Trucking Industry initiative, Marisha provides research, review, assistance, and oversight in this area of work. She is also currently serving as a technical advisor with the Pay Equity division of the Canadian Human Rights Commission. Marisha developed an academic background in public affairs and policy management, with a graduate degree in international politics.
