Mack names Bergey’s Truck Centers its 2025 North American Dealer of the Year

Mack Trucks has named Bergey’s Truck Centers of Souderton, Penn., as its 2025 North American Dealer of the Year.

The award recognizes a dealer that demonstrates exceptional performance in sales, parts, leasing and financing through Mack Financial Services, as well as service growth and customer satisfaction, the company said.

“Bergey’s Truck Centers continues to set the bar for excellence across our dealer network,” said Jonathan Randall, president of Mack Trucks North America, in a news release. “Bergey’s was among the top performers in every category that we measure. Their outstanding sales metrics, dedication to customer satisfaction and to the Mack brand truly distinguish them as a leader in our industry.”

Mack also announced its 2025 regional dealer award winners. Bergey’s Truck Centers earned top honors in the Northeast region. Other regional winners included Tri-State Truck Center of Memphis, Tenn., for the Southeast region; Nextran Truck Centers of Decatur, Ill., for the Central region; Bruckner’s Truck & Equipment of Fort Worth, Texas, for the Southwest region; Mountain West Truck Center of Salt Lake City, Utah, for the West region; and Redhead Equipment of Regina, Sask., for the Canada region.

Additional honors were also announced. Vision Truck Group of Cambridge, Ont., was named Canada’s Mack Financial Services Dealer of the Year, while Tri-State Truck Center in Memphis earned the U.S. Mack Financial Services Dealer of the Year award. Bruckner’s Truck & Equipment of Amarillo, Texas, was named Mack Leasing System Dealer of the Year, and its Oklahoma City, Okla., location received the Mack Remarketing Dealer of the Year Award.

The Parts Dealer of the Year award went to Performance Truck of Cleveland, Texas. 401 Trucksource of Windsor, Ont., received the Mack Customer Experience Service Award, while Ballard Truck Center of Worcester, Mass., earned the Mack Customer Experience Sales Award.
