CAMROSE, Alta. — Manitoulin Transport has announced the purchase of Hi-Way 13’s LTL division.

Hi-Way 13 is based in Camrose, Alta. and marks Manitoulin’s second acquisition of an Alberta-based LTL trucking company in the last four months.

All Hi-Way 13 LTL division employees and assets are included in the deal, including a modern fleet of trucks, tractors, dry and heated vans and a network of terminals in Calgary, Edmonton, Provost, Wetaskawin and Camrose, the company announced. Hi-Way 13 freight will be moved under the Manitoulin Transport banner beginning today.
