Trucking HR Canada launches funding guide for fleets
Trucking HR Canada (THRC) has released Funds for Fleets, a digital guide designed to help trucking and logistics companies access government financial incentives across Canada.
The guide consolidates information about all funding programs available at the federal, provincial, and territorial levels. It includes direct links, program descriptions, eligibility criteria, and funding details, all organized by province.
THRC said in the release that the resource will be updated regularly as new programs are announced.

“Canadian businesses are being encouraged to boost productivity and innovation by investing in human capital and green technology,” Angela Splinter, CEO of THRC said in the release. “Incentive programs are an invaluable tool to drive innovation, support growth and foster a highly skilled workforce.”
The guide features a range of programs that support green energy efficiency technologies for transportation, truck driver training, the hiring of recent university and college graduates, internships, apprenticeships, and workforce skills development—including funding for equipment purchases.
The guide, along with other resources, is available on the THRC website.

I agree with maybe some help with training costs for people that are working the summer and up to 8 hrs per weekend between grade 11 and grade 12 and while in Grade 12 and maybe some assistance in purchasing of lighter wt more powerful batteries and maybe the schooling and temp housing for those going to school or in a short-term housing while learning a skilled trade
I strongly do not understand how the fed gov with a huge deficit is expected to pay for truck drivers training with record numbers not working in Ontario and Quebec. Electrical powered trucks should only get limited help if used only in a in city program in places like the GTA and or Vancouver in my opinion
I think a better use of gov $ and land is to build more truck parking with good driver features like some of the petro pass have in Canada and or a joint project to have a co op truck stop next to gov supplied parking and showers with a medical treatment room
