Maxim piloting one-hour parts delivery program

by Truck News

WINNIPEG, Man. — Maxim Truck & Trailer is piloting a new priority parts delivery program that will deliver a heavy-duty part to a fleet or repair shop within an hour for a flat delivery fee of $20.

The company said the new service is ideal for fleets and repair shops that are focused on uptime.

“We’ve been in the business of delivering parts to our customers for over 30 years,” says Steve Young, vice-president, Maxim Truck & Trailer. “Today’s heightened focus on uptime has prompted us to introduce a one-hour priority parts deliver service for our customers.”

If the Winnipeg pilot goes well, the company will roll the service out to other locations across Canada. Maxim says it stocks more than $10 million in parts inventory across its 17 locations.
