407 Comments Needed

TORONTO, Ont. – Members of the public are invited to share their 407 experiences and offer solutions on how customer service can be improved.

The invitation is part of the review of the privately owned 407 toll highway currently being conducted by the Ontario government.

The purpose of the review is for the government to gain a clear understanding of the 407 ETR’s billing and customer service practices before the Ministry of Transportation invokes its right to make changes to the tolling agreement, which it is legally entitled to do every five years.

To share your point of view, the Toronto Trucking Association is advising stakeholders to contact MPP Mike Colle, who will report these recommendations to Minister Takhar early in the new year.

You can forward your comments to: Office of Mike Colle, MPP, 2882 Dufferin St., Toronto, Ont., M6B 2S6 or fax your comments to (416) 781-4116.
