Spectra Products has acquired the rights to the Termin-8r line of anti-corrosion and extreme pressure lubricants. The Termin-8r is designed to protect electronics. The unique formulation has a dielectric of nearly 40,000 volts and can be applied to control panels, connectors, switches, plugs and ABS connectors to prevent corrosion and moisture contamination. Company officials say the lubricant penetrates the oxidation to reach deep into the corrosion cell where it repels moisture and lays down an ultra-thin film barrier that prevents further oxidation. The corrosion protection lasts over a year, the company says. It is also effective on rolling doors, hinges, chains, pulleys and fifth wheel springs and rails. For more information, visit www.termin8r.com or call 888-381-2355.
