CALGARY, Alta. – Arrow Truck Sales, a U.S. pre-owned truck dealership with 17 nationwide locations, has announced plans to expand its Canadian sales efforts and open a new facility in Calgary by the end of 2002.

In conjunction with this expansion, Arrow Canada will be refocusing its efforts at the current Toronto location. This redirection will include improving its inventory selection of all makes and models, specifically Volvo and Mack. It will also be renovating the Toronto facility to provide customers with a more modern, up-to-date buying experience.

According to Ed Justis, president and chief executive of Arrow, “We will not be stopping here. We will continue future expansion efforts with additional locations and satellite facilities throughout Canada.”

In support of this new Canadian initiative, Frank Oliveira has been named vice-president of Arrow Truck Sales Canada and David Hemphill has been hired as branch manager for the Calgary office.

“Both of these men bring years of knowledge and experience in the Canadian truck industry that are needed for our successful push further into the Canadian market,” says Justis. “They are true leaders in this industry.”
