ELYRIA, Ohio – Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems has expanded its lineup of Air Brake Training School courses.

The school provides training about: fundamentals of compressed air and air system failure mode diagnostics tactics and troubleshooting. About 8,000 people were trained under the program last year alone.

Due to that success, Bendix is expanding the program to encompass nine new cities including: Trussville, Ala.; Santa Anna, Calif.; Fredrick, Md.; Springfield, Mass.; Pittsburgh; York, Pa.; Houston, Tex.; San Antonio, Tex.; and Tacoma, Wash.

“Bendix training schools are an excellent way of staying current with technical training as it relates to the air brake system, and the positive feedback we receive from attendees confirms their value,” says John Reid, Service, Warranty and Training (SWAT) team manager.

The course includes information about the latest developments in ABS and new disc brake technology. Lectures, air brake demonstration boards, cutaways and visual aids are all incorporated into the program. For more information, visit www.bendix.com.

Registration is available to Canadians for $300 CDN and all course materials are provided.
