Bring back ice road documentary!

Dear Editor:

I was reading up on the second season of Ice Road Truckers, when I read your piece about the second season put on ice. Being a veteran wood hauler and past O/O, I naturally fell in love with the show and now am deeply discouraged that the mines shown in last year’s show do not want to have anything to do with Season 2. It would be nice to see them reconsider. It seems the world knows a lot more about ice roads because of the instant boom of the show. I would think that would be a positive result. Some day when my boys are grown, I would like to come North and try it.
