Checkfluid debuts two new products

TORONTO, Ont. – Checkfluid has introduced a soot analyzer designed to measure soot in diesel engine lube oil on-site and in less than one minute. Soot levels are expected to increase with the release of lower-emission exhaust gas re-circulation engines and this handy tool enables technicians or truck owners to analyze a truck’s soot level without sample preparation or solvents. The company says it’s accurate within 0.5 per cent and it’s small enough to fit in a technician’s pocket.

Meanwhile, Checkfluid’s new KP Series push-button sampling valve enables fleet owners to obtain more accurate, convenient and reliable engine oil samples for evaluation. The system extracts oil directly from the engine rather than from the drain pan, providing a more accurate reading. For details, call 866-652-8728 or visit www.checkfluid.com.
