Congestion adds to global warming
It would be nice if global warming groups would understand the real importance of efficient highway corridors. They should sit in traffic on the Q.E.W. between St. Catharines and Toronto. Then maybe they would support the Mid Penn Proposal and other initiatives reducing delays and global warming as truck transportation requirements are rapidly growing. Time is of the essence.
