CTA/Royal & Sun Alliance award handed out

TORONTO, Ont. – Bison Transport and Trimac have won this year’s Canadian Trucking Alliance/Royal & Sun Alliance National Fleet Safety Awards, handed out at the Ontario Trucking Association’s annual convention in November.

The western-based fleets tied for top honors in the more than 18-million mile category.

In the three million-to-18 million mile class, Canadian Freightways stood out ahead of the competition for the second year in a row. York Transportation was recognized as the top fleet in the less than three-million mile category.

Also recognized as a finalist was Partner Dedicated Services. n
