REDFORD, Mich. – The first production versions of the Sterling Bullet have rolled off the production line and are already arriving at dealerships, the company has announced.

The Bullet is a new chassis-cab Class 4/5 vehicle first introduced in March.

“Interest in the Bullet has been high,” said Matt Stevenson, director of light commercial vehicles for Sterling Truck Corporation.

“In fact, we’ve filled our production on the Bullet for the rest of 2007. We’re excited for our customers to start putting them to work.”

The truck is targeted towards applications such as: construction; utility; residential services; landscaping; municipal services; and P&D.

The truck comes standard with a Cummins 6.7-litre ISB engine with exhaust brake and a PTO prep package as well as air conditioning and cruise control. More information about the truck is available online at www.nothingstopsthebullet.com.
