In remembrance of Ken Seymour…

KEMPTVILLE, Ont. – The Ontario trucking industry lost one of its long-time personalities recently with the passing of Ken Seymour after his lengthy battle with illness. Founder and former-president of Kriska Transportation in Prescott, Ont., Ken began his career in the transport industry as the owner of a Navistar dealership called Ken Seymour Motors (now the Kemptville Truck Centre). He started Kriska Transportation in 1978 with one truck and hired his son, Mark, as a driver in 1984 before they became partners in 1992. (Mark is now president of Kriska.)

According to Mark, “health problems drove Ken away from a game he loved to play.”

Truck News has worked closely with both Ken and Kriska on a number of occasions; our thoughts are with his family.
