Kenworth offers E-mail service
KIRKLAND, Wash. – Kenworth owners can have product, technical and maintenance information E-mailed to them every week through a new service being offered by Kenworth PremierCare Parts and Service.
The first edition includes information on new products, a $10 discount coupon on ClimaTech air conditioning parts, cooling system maintenance information from factory service bulletins, and information on how to enter the Kenworth “18 Wheels of Justice” Sweepstakes.
“This new E-mail service allows customers to receive up-to-the-minute information on the road when they’re checking E-mails, or at their own leisure while at home,” said David Danforth, Kenworth national parts sales manager.
To register for the service, go to http://www.paccar.com/kwparts and click on the “Register Now” button. Your address will be added to the distribution list and can be removed on request.
Eventually, the system will be able to notify truck owners about offers specific to the trucks they drive, and product information requested in the profiles. n
