Truck-Lite has completed its acquisition of the assets of Signal-Stat Lighting Products, a division of Federal Mogul Corporation, following requisite government approvals.

While terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, Stephen Davis, Truck-Lite’s chief executive officer, explains, “Our goal is to be the premier supplier of visibility products from the front of the truck to the rear of the trailer, and Signal-Stat is an excellent fit for our strategic plans. We are excited to have them as part of the Truck-Lite family.”

The company primarily serves the North American heavy-duty and commercial vehicle market, supplying a diverse group of aftermarket retailers, distributors and original equipment customers. Signal-Stat, employing over 600 people, operates facilities in El Paso and Brownsville, Tex. and Logansport, Ind.
