Mattern takes Dispatcher of the Year
WINNIPEG, Man. – John Mattern was recently honoured with the Dispatcher of the Year award by the Saskatchewan Trucking Association.
Mattern has been with Reimer Express Lines for 31 years as a driver, dock worker, lead hand and has been a dispatcher for the last 13 years.
Nominations considered candidates’ commitment to customer service, safety, driver well-being, courtesy, teamwork and problem solving as well as community service and volunteer work.
John and his wife, Roxanne, have been married for 22 years and have three children and three grandchildren.
